Breathing life into Digital Strategy

My Process

Knowing how to develop each area of a school in its' digital development takes a wide-ranging view of the school and how digital strategy can make the biggest impact. Here are some of the ways I set about doing that:

Teacher Focused

Working with individuals or departments, teacher skill, competence & confidence in using Educational Technology is crucial to success.

Evidence-informed Pedagogy

Taking the best evidence, best practices and releasing motivated staff to embed it in the curriculum ensures superior outcomes.

Digital Accessibility

Working for the benefit of everyone is the best way to ensure positive outcomes and promote inclusivity in your school.

Digital Strategy

Planning for where you are going, making use of best practices and developing staff skills will give you the best chance of success.

Digita Leadership

Empowering, equipping and enabling school leaders to inspire and lead staff to fulfill the digital strategy is part of our digital school development.

Digital Infrastructure

Developing digital infrastructure enables long-term success and puts processes in place to continue development throughout the school.

Let’s build a school that you are proud of

Michael's subject knowledge is excellent. He quickly identifies what you need and develops strategy from where you are, and delivers on helping you get to your destination.

J. LendrumPrincipal

We worked with Michael at a time when digital strategy was in its infancy, but even then he knew the right direction for us and what would deliver greatest impact for our pupils. And he was right in his recommendations.

Michael was always able to understand where we needed the greatest assistance. His methods are very logical and evidence-based. The recommendations he made were achievable - both financially and academically.
